When Lynsey told me about her idea for her wedding last fall, I was over the moon to be a part of it! On April 30th, all of their friends and family showed up to the Saltwater Grille to what they thought was an engagement party for Lynsey and Derek. To their surprise, they were showing up to their WEDDING!! I loved being a part of this sweet surprise and to see how HAPPY every single person was to be there to celebrate with them!
Lynsey, Derek, and their little girl Carsyn had the perfect Maine day to celebrate their marriage! The DIY elements like the centerpieces and the flowers, being on the water, the gorgeous sunset, and the rain-free day made for a wedding that was nothing short of amazing. One of my favorite parts of the day is when we were getting photos of Lynsey and Derek and we asked Carsyn if she would take some photos with her mom and dad, and she politely would say “no” each time and turn away!
