Jill is an aspiring photographer, and Ryan’s dream job would be to work with cars. During the two hours we spent together we talked about photography, how much we want to build a tiny house (which pretty much makes us best friends), how Ryan is a really good driver, what they do for work, their dream jobs, and living in Portland. I got so caught up in how awesome they are, and we were having a blast that I actually forgot to ask how they met!
Each year they come to the Inn at St. John and stay in the same room, on the same weekend for the past five years. I love that they have this special tradition! 🙂 So, naturally, we did some photos in that room before heading down to the Old Port to walk around and stop in spots that spoke to us.
The day we did our session together they had been engaged for exactly one year, and soon enough they’ll be husband and wife! I am so excited to photograph their intimate wedding this fall in York – it’s going to be spectacular and so fun with these amazing souls! Check out some photos from their engagement session!
