Despite COVID, and despite moving back to South Portland, we still held a very small intimate gathering for Lily’s 4th birthday! Last year we did tie-dye and it was so much fun I decided we are going to do it every year! Lily always ends up making the coolest tie dye, and I’m usually skeptical as she’s making it, haha.
Lily helped decorate the cake, as usual, and this year she completely covered it in sprinkles so you can barely even see that it said “Happy Birthday Lily”. It was so funny! I love making her a part of her celebration.
I can’t believe I have a FOUR year old. She’s so freaking smart, sassy, independent, hilarious, and downright beautiful. I love watching her grow, even though most days it can be a challenge, haha. I’m so excited to see the kind of person she’ll grow up to be, and I can’t wait to see her become a big sister in the fall! 🙂
