July Photo of the Day

Phew, July was a very big and busy month. I did a lot of work to the house in South Portland, Lily and I moved (again), and Lily turned FOUR!!! I did miss two days this month, but I’m not beating myself up for that. There was *a lot* going on this month! Being back in South Portland has been good for the both of us ๐Ÿ™‚ Check out July’s installment of my photo of the day project!

// Starting the big task of painting every room in the house!

// I bought new area rugs for the living room and my bedroom and I love them ๐Ÿ™‚

// We bought this car used almost two years ago, and I just recently hit 90k miles on it!

// Lily’s first time using sparklers! She was a little scared at first, but was doing it on her own in no time! Love watching her experience things for the first time ๐Ÿ™‚

// The finds from her scavenger hunt a friend sent us!

// Went back to the house today to finish up more painting and getting stuff ready. Lily’s room is ready to be moved into!

// I made this quilt, and it is a beast to wash and dry, haha.

// Had an awesome dinner with my mom and Lily at Miguel’s! My mom had never had fried ice cream before!

// Getting packed up to move again.

// Weekly bump photo.

// Stocked up on plants for the house today.

// Moved to South Portland today and ended the night with a trip to Willard beach.

// My favorite corner in the living room ๐Ÿ™‚

// Had dinner on the beach with a friend at Kettle Cove!

// Switched up my weekly photo this week ๐Ÿ™‚ I really like how these came out, and I regret not doing these more regularly with Lily’s pregnancy.

// I bought myself an air fryer when I was shopping for the house, and I’m loving it. I made homemade mozzarella sticks for the first time and it was SO good!

// Dinner on the beach with another friend at Higgins Beach! I had no idea you could see this shipwreck at low tide!! It was so neat to see!

// Lily getting her sea monkeys ready! It was a birthday gift from a dear friend of ours! She’s obsessed with them ๐Ÿ™‚

// Love this new plant. The leaves that are new are orange at first and then turn to green!

// Lily + Jenn making rice krispie treats!

// My lilies absolutely exploded this year – there were soooo many!

// I think I’m 24 or 25 weeks here ๐Ÿ™‚

// For Lily’s actual birthday, she, Jenn and I went to Sebago Lake state park for the first time and Lily LOVED it. She was literally dragging her feet when it was time to go – she didn’t want to leave! It’s made me so happy how much more comfortable she’s gotten with the water this summer ๐Ÿ™‚

// Lily’s birthday BBQ! So fun!

// I replaced my kitchen faucet all by myself. It took all day, two trips to home depot, and lots of frustration – but I did it!

// Lily in her new tie dye she made at her birthday BBQ!

// Have I mentioned I love my air fryer? Made zucchini sticks today ๐Ÿ™‚

// I absolutely LOVE this photo of Lily and my mom at Seabrook beach ๐Ÿ™‚ They were having so much fun running in and out of the waves ๐Ÿ™‚

// Lily peeking in on us during lunch at the beach house ๐Ÿ™‚

You can usually find me adding books to my never-ending โ€œto readโ€ list; challenging myself to do things like not shop for a year; sneaking crispy m+ms from my secret hiding spot so I donโ€™t have to share them with my daughter; and melting over seeing my children smiling at each other.

Oh and I guess I should mention - Iโ€™m a seasoned Portland wedding photographer who provides not only kick-ass wedding photos, but also a meaningful and laid-back experience from the time you book to the delivery of your final images.

I share all things personal, business, tips, and life as a mom and business owner here on the blog!
