Sometimes I switch back and forth between album companies. When I first started my business, I used GraphiStudio for my albums but eventually stopped because I found it to be very time consuming and a little outside of what I could afford as I started out my business.
Now two things have changed – I’m a little more established in my business so I can afford the excellent quality of these handmade Italian albums AND I started using Fundy (a blog post on that later!) which has made it super quick to design my albums!
Reasons I LOVE this company:
- The customer service is AMAZING. I can call or e-mail just about any time of the day and always receive a very prompt reply. I don’t ever feel silly when I ask a lot of questions because they are so friendly and helpful! Honestly some of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!
- QUALITY. These albums are beautiful. They are layflat albums (which I LOVE! Having the pages lay down flat when they’re open makes the viewing process so much better!) with so many different options for covers, pages, finishes and so on. Even the thin pages are sturdy. It’s fantastic! These albums will definitely last for a very long time!!
- How easy it is. Filling out an order form takes hardly any time, and it’s so great to be able to check in on the status of the albums at any time! They also check over the order and the files you’ve sent and send you any messages if there’s questions or if any files are missing! It’s also kind of cool that they don’t actually charge you for the album until about a week before it ships out!
The ONLY downfall:
- Like most awesome album companies, it takes a while for these babies to come in! These are handmade albums, and they’re coming from Italy. So, between those two factors it does take some time to get the album into your hands after you place the order. About 5 or 6 weeks. The wait though, is SO worth it!!
Overall, I highly recommend this album company to any photographer who is making albums for their couples!!
