As they were walking toward me, Shawna was wiping a tear from her eye (or maybe it was just from the cold wind, but let’s go with the fact that the love of her life had just proposed), and Jared had the BIGGEST smile on his face! He had proposed by the lighthouse at Fort Williams over the weekend while they were celebrating their one year anniversary together, and Shawna said YES!
Jared e-mailed me about a week earlier and we spent several e-mails planning and thinking about how it should all go down, and when the day came it was perfect and so beautiful! After the proposal and a couple of big hugs, we started to take some regular photos to capture the excitement! It was super cold but it didn’t stop these two from totally rocking it for these photos! The sunset was beautiful, this couple was perfect, and I am so HONORED to have been able to do this for them!!
