It took us a few reschedules due to weather and other obligations, but when it was finally time to do couple’s photos at Trundy Point with Eliza and Jordan…. it was worth every bit of the wait! It was my first time photographing (or even visiting) Trundy Point in Cape Elizabeth. The whole area is so cool! As I was driving over there I could tell that there were some storm clouds moving in from Portland. I did not expect it to get as intense and moody as it did!
Eliza and Jordan were married a couple of years ago, and I’ve worked with Eliza a bunch in the past, so it was nice to do some general couple’s photos at Trundy Point! The whole time we were shooting we could see the rain coming down in the distance. Several times we saw lightning, and it started to get windy. We had all of 25 minutes together before we started to feel rain drops. Within minutes of getting into our cars and driving away, we were hit with one of the most insane rain storms I’ve ever driven in! It was absolutely wild and I loved it!
Trundy Point is a neat place to shoot, because it has a cute little beach, some green areas, and some fun rocks to scramble over. We took advantage of it all! This was my first time photographing both Eliza and Jordan and it was so dang fun!
Check out some of my faves from their session 🙂
