We started this photo series back in November, and I love it! But, we forgot to do it in December. Instead of feeling bad I’m just letting it go and continuing on! Installment #2 was on January 20th, the day Steven and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary as a couple.
Today was a bittersweet day. It was the last day that Lily slept in her pack-and-play before we moved her into her crib for nighttime. As always she woke up with a sweet smile for us. A day in the life of Lily isn’t complete without a trip to the rock gym! Daddy set up Fifi the Firefly on one of the ropes so it would dangle over her face. Lily has been killin’ it at sleeping in her crib during nap times and she LOVES playing with “whaley.” Honestly, it’s so cute watching and hearing her play with it!
Lily was starting to learn how to get up on her hands and knees and was always super proud of herself when she did it! Since our last installment, Lily has started eating solid foods and she really enjoys it! Today we worked on making clay magnets with her handprints in them for her grandparents as a late Christmas present, as well as a handprint and footprint for her bedroom! We ended our night with bath and book time as usual, and we read one of her favorite books “Mr. Brown Can Moo, Can You?”
