I don’t even know where to begin to describe how incredible this day was! The original forecast called for rain ALL day, and then the day before it changed to SUNNY and warm!! It was absolute perfection! Everyone who was there to celebrate Roger + Rebecca’s marriage was genuinely so excited and happy for them! It was such a sweet thing to see! This day has been eight years in the making and it was well worth the wait.
They had their ceremony at the beautiful Samuel Wilde Memorial Chapel in Portland, complete with a string quartet, and their reception was at the Ramada Inn in Saco. I absolutely adored all the details of their day from the trail mix station, to the incredible centerpieces they put together, and the DIY bouquets. Everything was so stunning, and I was in photographer heaven! One of the sweetest parts of the day was when their adorable flower girl walked down the aisle with them after they were announced husband + wife! She didn’t want to leave their side 🙂 The poem the maid of honor wrote for two of them was so totally kick-ass, and I couldn’t get over the gorgeous sunset we were lucky to have! This whole day was just so awesome and fun! A lot of laughs were definitely had 🙂
