Julia + Eduardo // New Hampshire Intimate Wedding

Julia had already started to cry and get emotional before she even made it to Eduardo during their first look. They laughed and cried together as they shared their vows in private before their ceremony, and the whole time, all I could think was “this is my job?! How lucky am I?!” Being able to share in Eduardo + Julia’s wedding day was such a huge honor.

Like most couples this year, they had to put their big plans on hold due to Covid. Eduardo’s family is from Brazil, so they wanted to wait for it to be safe for everyone to travel for their wedding. But, they still incorporated some Brazilian traditions by having the most amazing desserts! I don’t remember what any of them were called, but they were SO good.

They shared their wedding day with their immediate family, on a beautiful piece of property in New Hampshire. It may not have been their original plan, but it was a perfect day all the same. Check out some of my faves from their intimate wedding! I can’t wait to celebrate with them again next year!

Julia + Eduardo – from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of my life. I am so incredibly happy for you both and am SO excited for the summer!!

It was also a way for us to shake off the pre-wedding jitters and share in the excitement about what the day brought us. Having a first look gave us one moment to be completely focused on each other with no distractions from what was happening around us. Our entire wedding day was beautiful, but the first look was our favorite moment shared together.” […]

You can usually find me adding books to my never-ending “to read” list; challenging myself to do things like not shop for a year; sneaking crispy m+ms from my secret hiding spot so I don’t have to share them with my daughter; and melting over seeing my children smiling at each other.

Oh and I guess I should mention - I’m a seasoned Portland wedding photographer who provides not only kick-ass wedding photos, but also a meaningful and laid-back experience from the time you book to the delivery of your final images.
