I’ve spent a lot of time this past year attending weddings. However, I was attending them as an official photographer for the big day – so its a little bit different, haha. I don’t necessarily see the day the same way as the guests, and I don’t get to experience the same feelings. This year, on March 1st, I have the great honor of being a matron of honor, as I watch my best friend (more affectionately known as “wife”) get married to the love of her life! It has been so neat to be on the other side of the day. It’s been a lot of fun helping her plan, get things done, AND I get to wear a pretty dress and have my hair and make-up done. Can’t get much better than that! I’ll be leaving the camera at home and truly just enjoying the celebration of two wonderful people joining lives. I can’t wait!! 🙂
