It’s unbelievable to think that two years ago today, I married the most incredible man in the world. From the very first night we hung out, I knew I was in trouble! I honestly don’t know where I would be without him in my life! I’ve learned a lot from being married. It has not always been easy, but I wouldn’t necessarily say that we have had to “work” at it. We love being with each other, and we’ve grown so much as a couple!
I love hearing him laugh, seeing him smile, and giving him a hug every day. I love that I miss him when we haven’t seen each other all day. I love that he lets me cry in his arms more times than I’d like to admit. I love that, even though he doesn’t believe in it, he will say things like “I’m proud of you for reading your bible because I know how much it means to you,” and genuinely mean it. I cannot even wait for us to start our family together, so I can see him be a daddy and the immense amount of love he will have for our children.
He has taught me so much about myself and life, and I am still learning from him everyday! I can’t wait until we are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary together! 🙂
We are going to be doing our photos soon – we haven’t actually purposely taken photos since our wedding! – and I can’t wait to share them! <3
