Weddings are a lot of fun. Sometimes people ask me what it is I like about doing weddings, so here are ten reasons why I love shooting wedding days!
#1. The way people react when seeing the bride for the first time.
#2. The details!!
They set the tone for the entire wedding day and I love having the chance to be creative with them.
#3. How emotionally charged a wedding ceremony can be.
#4. The first dance as newlyweds.
There’s something so special about that moment.
#5. The daddy-daughter dance.
There’s ALWAYS tears in that one, and it just makes me so emotional, haha.
#6. Almost always, the groom is playing with his ring right after the ceremony during photos.
#7. The time I get to spend alone with the couple.
Soo romantic, and they’re just SO happy that I just sit back and take it all in!
#8. I love it when the guests are up and dancing.
It’s seriously so fun to watch and be a part of!
#9. I love it when we get to work with a super fun bridal party.
They can honestly make or break a day.
#10. Really, I just love that this a day all about celebrating the love between two people.
