It was so sweet to do Lily’s fourth installment of “A Day In The Life” on our first Mother’s Day together! It was a super rainy day, but it was still a really great day that we all spent together before Steven started his new job!
So, on May 14th, 2017:
- Lily LOVES pulling herself up to standing on EVERYTHING and is really good at it! So good, that sometimes she thinks she can stand on her own if she lets go.
- We didn’t realize it, but she started to have two more teeth coming in, so she was extra snuggly and sucked on her fingers more than usual.
- We rode like a big girl in the shopping cart for a family grocery shopping trip. She was a hit at Hannaford – so many people stopped and told us how happy she was!
- As usual we started our day nursing and then playing with toys in mom and dad’s bed. Lily loves to climb up and look out the window as much as she can!
- We no longer use the baby tub anymore, and she just bathes right in the tub! She still loves bathtime, though we had a week or so where it was a little rocky.
- Lily is up to eating three solid meals a day, plus a snack!
- We love seeing little imprints on her face after she’s woken up from a nap 🙂
- Lily also discovered Mom’s calculator and is currently in love.
