I took a quick drive downtown, since I was super early, and quickly realized that it wasn’t going to be an option for their engagement session. It was jam packed full of people and cars, with nowhere to park. So, I drove back to Halibut Point State Park and gave Becca + Jack a call, and we decided that even though it was still raining we would stick with the park for their session! These two are troopers! We ended up moving their session earlier because there was supposed to be a break in the rain, but there never ended up being one. It kept flip flopping, and we made the best of it and got some killer portraits!
What a beautiful space this was to take photos! We had umbrellas with us, and walked the little loop and just chatted like old friends! We almost missed the part by the ocean, because we were going to turn around but decided to keep going and I’m SO glad we did! I love how much these two clearly love to be with each other, and I especially love that when Jack proposed at Fort Williams, Becca had NO idea it was coming! Gosh, I am so excited to photograph their wedding in October!! Check out some of my faves from their engagement session in the rain! They killed it!
