June Photo of the Day

If it wasn’t for this photo of the day project, I wouldn’t have noticed that I was actually missing an entire section of photos from the month of June! I went to put this post together and realized I was missing two weeks worth of photos! Thankfully, I found the right memory card pretty quickly, haha.

Check out June’s installment of my photo of the day project!

// Helping Grammy refill her hummingbird feeder! Lily LOVES watching for the hummingbirds 🙂

// Lily is actually quite the artist! So many times she’ll start painting something and I’ll think “eesh, I’m not sure I’d do those colors” and it ALWAYS ends up *actually* looking good! Today we made our own “Rainbow Fish” 🙂

// First time making home made bug spray!

// Lily loved her “obstacle course” at Nana’s house.

// Are you even a Mainer if you don’t eat red hot dogs?!

// Had the honor of photographing Callahan’s birth!

// We had to bribe her, but she let Auntie Krystle braid her hair 🙂

// Chilling with our friends!

// My first (and probably only) time seeing the baby! Everything looked great at the 20 week anatomy scan, and I was soo relieved.

// River side hangs 🙂

// It was a rainy day, so we watched a movie! This is a very rare occurrence in our household.

// Helping Nana and Papa count how much fish we caught!

// Summer 🙂

// You can’t have a fire without s’mores!

// Lily actually did some of her own fishing today!! 🙂

// We found the perfect spot in Orono to fly Lily’s kite. She loved doing it so much.

// I started reading this book, and holy smokes is it EXACTLY what I needed! So so good!

// Got my new wind chimes today, along with a custom wall hanging for the house 🙂

// Had an awesome photo shoot by my girl Jenn!

// Beach day with our best buds!!!

// Finally got an updated photo with my daddy <3

// What is it about ferns? They’re so cool!

// This was the day Lily decided she loves to be barefoot now, haha.

// Bumpity-bump!

// Lily drew a picture of her family, all on her own. I love her drawings 🙂

// My parents celebrated 44 years of marriage today! Loved getting to spend time with them and celebrate with dinner and a fire!

// Lily and I went strawberry picking with my dad! 🙂

// Lily, papa, and meow-meow in their “matching” doo-rags!

// Homemade strawberry crisp – doesn’t get much better than that!

// Officially started working on the house!!

Thanks for following along, friends! I’ll be sharing July’s installment very soon 🙂

You can usually find me adding books to my never-ending “to read” list; challenging myself to do things like not shop for a year; sneaking crispy m+ms from my secret hiding spot so I don’t have to share them with my daughter; and melting over seeing my children smiling at each other.

Oh and I guess I should mention - I’m a seasoned Portland wedding photographer who provides not only kick-ass wedding photos, but also a meaningful and laid-back experience from the time you book to the delivery of your final images.

I share all things personal, business, tips, and life as a mom and business owner here on the blog!
