Pinterest – we all know about it and we all likely use it to some degree. I know for a long time I used it for cutesy things (no shame in that!) but over the past year or two I’ve really focused on using it as a resource for my business and my couples/families! However, I was inconsistent with it. It was too easy to get caught in the Pinterest rabbit-hole every day and it was always at the same time.
I heard about Tailwind in one my recent courses I took, and it has been such an incredible tool for my business! Tailwind SCHEDULES out all of your pins! It’s amazing! It creates a smart schedule based on the pin activity of your followers so you can pin at the most optimal times for your account. I downloaded the extension on my internet browser, and now whenever I’m searching for things, I can pin anything from that page!
One thing I’ve focused on is not pinning FROM Pinterest, but pinning TO Pinterest. So I’ve found some websites that I like and I’ll schedule pins from their articles! I also do schedule pins from my own blog posts (like this one!) to go on various boards that I have.
Now, I spend about 45 minutes every 1-2 weeks scheduling pins, and I can schedule about 200 pins to go live throughout each and every day! It looks like I’m always on Pinterest, but I’m actually not! It’s amazing!
You can use the free version which allows up to 400 pins a month or you can pay for it to have unlimited pins a month. Ever since I started using Tailwind, the majority of the traffic to my blog actually comes from Pinterest! Amazing! 🙂
