It’s absolutely wild to me that my nephew is graduating high school this year. I remember so clearly when he was born, and hanging up photos of him as a baby in my dorm room when I went away to college. Time is so funny. So when my brother texted me if I could do Zach’s senior photos, it was an obvious yes. It was only a couple of years ago that I was doing them for my niece! Anyway, we decided to his senior photos in the fall at Fort Williams. Unfortunately, the first date we originally picked they got a flat tire on the way down and weren’t able to make. The second date worked like a charm.
Senior boys are always fun to work with, because they are never really all that stoked to take photos – like, at all. Thankfully, I have a knack for making them laugh! We pretty much always have a good time. As we wandered around a little bit to find each of our spots for his senior photos, we chatted quite a bit about Senior year, his plans for after graduation, and things that he’s currently into. It’s been a while since I’ve had 1:1 time with my nephew, so it was a sweet time to connect with him, while also making him laugh with a camera in his face, haha. Here are some of my faves from Zach’s senior photos in the fall! It was such a gorgeous Maine day – so much sunshine!! It’s crazy to me to realize that until my own kids are grown, as well as my sister’s son, there’s no more family members to take senior photos of! Wild.
