I’m always so freaking honored when my friends ask me to take their photos for them. I know they could go literally anywhere else, yet they choose me! I’m always WAY more nervous to photograph my friends, though. haha. Sarah is one of my best friends, and though we’ve only been friends for about three-ish months now, it feels like we’ve been friends for a lifetime. She has one of the most beautiful souls I know. When she told me she needed headshots to audition for a Boston dance company, I was stoked to help out!
We had the BEST time, and it wasn’t even a full session – it was far too cold to do a full session with an outfit change. It’s probably for the best, I think we would’ve died from laughing so much if we spent my usual hour taking photos! Earlier in that day, I had dropped off some food at the office for Steven, and I noticed this brick wall and thought “oh my gosh, that could actually be a really great wall to shoot with!” So, that’s where we went and we both LOVED it!
After this spot we walked a little further and did some more photos by the Charles River, which runs through Watertown and Boston. It’s probably my favorite thing about where we live! Anyway, I love how these came out, and I absolutely adore doing photo sessions like this! Pretty sure I could do Boston headshots everyday and not get tired of it. It was so fun that Sarah was also not afraid to be silly and goofy during these, and we got some super fun photos! Check out some of my faves!
