I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – nothing makes me happier than photographing the same people over and over again as they go through each season of life! I photographed Staci + Jason’s wedding reception in Maine, I’ve photographed them as a couple, and with their families. I was there when Staci told Jason she was pregnant, so that I could get photographs of his reaction. I grabbed maternity photos of her at her baby shower, not long before Lucy was born. And here I am, photographing them as a beautiful family of three in their new home.
I’m so freaking honored.
I adored photographing them in this season of life, and during Lucy’s first week at home! One of my favorite parts of photographing sessions like these is that I get to see the teamwork involved in parenting, because let’s be honest, no newborn sleeps and is perfectly happy through their entire session, haha. Staci and Jason make the best team, and they’re both so deeply in love with their little girl, that it makes my heart burst!
