Their story begins with a pub crawl. They were among mutual friends, and at the end of the night Jay actually did NOT ask Kelly for her number! Instead, he asked a friend for Kelly’s number. They went on a couple of dates, and it was “money in the bank,” if you ask Jay. The smile on Kelly’s face during that story told me that there was definitely some truth to Jay’s version of how they met and how immediately she fell in love with him!
Despite living in Maine all my life, there’s still so much of it I haven’t seen. Ogunquit is one of these places! We met up at Barnacle Billy’s and I’m so happy tourist season hasn’t started yet. If it was in full swing it would’ve been swarming with people! We totally lucked out 🙂
Kelly and Jay – I adore how much you laugh together and how easy-going and laid back you are. I loved our time walking around Perkins Cove chatting about nightmares about school, work, and weddings, and all sorts of random things! I’m SO psyched for your wedding in just under a month!
