He managed to convince her that he had too much stuff to do, so he couldn’t go with her to her parents house for an outdoor movie. Little did Megan know, Ben was waiting at the neighbor’s house and had the movie switched out for a video that he had created. The video was of their friends and family explaining why they were such a good couple, and at one point in the video, Ben said to pause it and look around. So she did.
Megan turned around to find Ben, and he got down on one knee and asked her to spend the rest of her life with him, and of course she said yes!
Can you hear my heart melting? There is nothing more epic or sweet than that well thought out proposal! We did their engagement photos on a gorgeous, yet overcast, fall day on the Bowdoin College campus in Brunswick. Some of the trees had started to change, the air temperature was perfect, and I got to photograph two sweet souls who are so perfect for one another 🙂
