On an incredibly beautiful, sunny, and colorful fall day in Kennebunkport, Maine, Monique and Max became Mr. + Mrs. Johnson in front of their closest family and friends. When he was talking about the first look, Max said to Monique, “I could tell you were coming. It got brighter around me as you got closer. I think you’re connected to the sun.” Is this real life?! My heart literally melted into a big puddle in the backseat of their car as we were driving back to the Nonantum Resort after their ceremony. This is the kind of feeling you often get when you’re around Monique and Max!
Everything about this day was nothing short of amazing! Family and friends flew in from all over – even from Jamaica; the music was awesome; the location was stellar; and Monique and Max produced their own glow on their wedding day as they danced the night away with everyone. Check out photos of the happiest bride you’ll ever see, the most emotional ceremony I’ve ever had the privilege to witness, and one kick-ass cake that is an EXACT replica of where they got engaged!

Before they had their first dance as husband and wife, they performed a special dance they choreographed for their guests 🙂
